توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تتعامل Aquarius مع البيانات الشخصية عند زيارتك لموقعنا أو استخدامك لخدماتنا.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات التواصل التي ترسلها لنا: الاسم والشركة والبريد والجوال.
- بيانات حساب المستخدمين في البرامج.
- البيانات التي تُدخلها شركتك في البرامج، ونعالجها نيابةً عنها.
- بيانات تقنية أساسية لتشغيل الموقع وحمايته.
كيف نستخدمها
- لتقديم الخدمة ودعمك والتواصل معك بشأنها.
- لإرسال الفواتير الإلكترونية عبر شبكة Peppol والإبلاغ عنها كما يتطلب القانون.
- لتحسين الخدمة وحمايتها.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها إلا مع مزودي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيلها، أو عندما يتطلب القانون ذلك.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
نستخدم Google Analytics لمعرفة عدد زوار الموقع ومن أين يأتون والصفحات التي تهمهم. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات. إن ضغطت «رفض» في الشريط أسفل الصفحة، يتوقف القياس ولا تُحفظ ملفات تعريف ارتباط له. يمكنك تغيير اختيارك بمسح بيانات الموقع من متصفحك.
الحماية والاحتفاظ
بيانات كل شركة في قاعدة بيانات مستقلة، مع اتصال مشفّر ونسخ احتياطي. نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة الاشتراك، وبعدها وفق الشروط والأحكام والمتطلبات القانونية.
حقوقك
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، بالتواصل معنا.

This policy explains how Aquarius handles personal data when you visit our website or use our services.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us: name, company, email and mobile.
- User account details in our software.
- Data your company enters in our software, which we process on its behalf.
- Basic technical data needed to run and protect the website.
How we use it
- To provide the service, support you and contact you about it.
- To deliver e-invoices over the Peppol network and report them as the law requires.
- To improve and protect the service.
We do not sell your data, and share it only with service providers needed to run the service, or where the law requires.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics to learn how many people visit the website, where they come from and which pages interest them. We do not use it for advertising. If you press Decline in the bar at the bottom of the page, measurement stops and no measurement cookies are stored. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Protection and retention
Each company's data is kept in its own database, with encrypted connections and backups. We keep data for the subscription term and afterwards as set out in our terms and legal requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, as far as the law allows, by contacting us.
