الشروط والأحكام

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدامك لبرامج Aquarius السحابية وخدماتها. باستخدامك للخدمة أو اشتراكك فيها فإنك توافق عليها. وتسري اتفاقية الاشتراك الموقّعة بين الطرفين عند وجودها، وتتقدم على هذه الشروط عند التعارض.

1. الخدمة

نقدّم برامج سحابية لإدارة الأعمال حسب القطاع، وخدمات الفوترة الإلكترونية، تُستخدم عبر المتصفح دون تثبيت. لكل شركة قاعدة بيانات مستقلة.

2. التجربة المجانية

قد نوفّر فترة تجريبية مجانية محددة المدة. بانتهائها يتوقف الدخول ما لم يتم الاشتراك، ويمكن الاحتفاظ بالبيانات عند الاشتراك.

3. الاشتراك والدفع

يكون الاشتراك سنوياً ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك، ويُدفع مقدماً.
الأسعار لا تشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
قد يُعلّق الوصول عند التأخر في السداد بعد الإشعار.

4. بياناتك

بياناتك ملكك، ونستخدمها فقط لتقديم الخدمة لك.
عند انتهاء الاشتراك وعدم تجديده، تُتاح لك مدة 30 يوماً لتصدير بياناتك، يجوز بعدها حذفها.

5. الدعم الفني

يُقدَّم الدعم عبر البريد الإلكتروني وواتساب في أوقات العمل الرسمية في الإمارات.

6. مسؤوليات المستخدم

الحفاظ على سرية بيانات الدخول، وإدارة صلاحيات مستخدمي شركتك.
صحة البيانات المُدخلة، ومراجعة المستندات الضريبية قبل إصدارها.
عدم استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض مخالف للقانون.

7. حدود المسؤولية

نبذل العناية المعقولة لضمان توافر الخدمة ودقتها، ولا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا في جميع الأحوال قيمة ما دُفع عن الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.

8. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

These terms govern your use of Aquarius cloud software and services. By using or subscribing to the service you agree to them. A signed subscription agreement between the parties, where one exists, applies and prevails over these terms.

1. The service

We provide industry business software and e-invoicing services, used in the browser with nothing to install. Each company has its own separate database.

2. Free trial

We may offer a free trial of limited duration. When it ends, access stops unless you subscribe; your data can be kept when you do.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are annual unless agreed otherwise, and paid in advance.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Access may be suspended after notice if payment is overdue.

4. Your data

Your data is yours; we use it only to provide the service to you.
If a subscription ends and is not renewed, you have 30 days to export your data, after which it may be deleted.

5. Support

Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during UAE business hours.

6. Your responsibilities

Keeping sign-in details confidential and managing your users' permissions.
The accuracy of data entered, and reviewing tax documents before issuing them.
Not using the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service available and accurate, and are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability never exceeds the fees paid for the twelve months before the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
